Tour of the Kloke Company’s K2A Academy

Many thanks to Elmar and Beate Kloke for inviting us to their wonderful “Stilburg” for an educational and cheerful event. Apprentices at Malermeister Kloke not only learn practical and theoretical knowledge, but are also taught social skills. In the company’s own K2A training academy, the talents, as the their apprentices are called, find special support in their personal and social development. The young people are even supported by coaches, e.g. in dealing with money and with an etiquette training at a festive dinner.

After the tour of the Stilburg, Elmar and Beate Kloke invited us to visit “Bertha’s Classic Garage”, their private classic car museum, where we were able to admire many vehicle treasures and Paderborn curiosities. After a fantastic culinary finale in the garden, everyone enthusiastically headed home. Once again, many, many thanks for the wonderful evening!
